About T-Pile

The histogram analysis method (referred here as Multihistogram), developed by Ferrenberg and Swendsen, also known as WHAM (Weighted Histogram Analysis Method) has attracted a lot of interest since it was published in the late 90' of the previous century. Despite a popularity of the Multihistogram algorithm, it is rather difficult to find a publicly available program that implements it. T-Pile package is intended to fill this gap.

T-Pile is able to read raw energy data, coming directly from a simulation (either Monte Carlo or Molecular Dynamics). It is also possible to compute system properties from a density of states or partition function.
